ACCESSIBILITY POLICY
Everyone deserves space to create, and we will do everything we can to make sure you (yes, you!) can make yourself at home at City Folk.
Below you can find general accessibility info about our beautiful but old building so you can plan your visit. Please reach out if you have further questions or need assistance or accommodations of any kind.
The main entrance to our building has a callbox that is [#] feet from the ground level. After entering, there are [#] stairs and our studio door is located [#] feet from the top of the staircase.
The smallest width of hallway and/or door in our space is [#] feet. The widest shared bathroom stall on our floor is [#] wide.
There is a ramp onsite, but is not accessible to the public from the outside of our building. Please send an email to hello@cityfolkcraft.com with the subject line “Wheelchair Ramp” and we can coordinate entry and exit as well as assist going up or down the ramp as needed. The ramp is [#] feet long and has an angle of [#] degrees.
We welcome sign language interpreters into our space, no questions asked. If you for any reason need access to sign language interpreter, email us at hello@cityfolkcraft.com.

MASKING POLICY
All of our events are mask-optional unless otherwise noted in the event description.
Any ticketholder can request that the entire class be masked, no questions asked. You can email hello@cityfolkcraft.com up to 48 hours before a class to request a masked class or workshop, and your identity will not be shared with the class.
City Folk reserves the right to request all attendees wear a K94 or higher face mask while onsite.

SICK POLICY
Please do not come to any workshop or club if you are actively sick. You are welcome to give/swap your ticket to a friend (See Event Booking Procedure).
If you are ill at the last minute and unable to attend a workshop, thank you for protecting others by not coming to class! You can email us at hello@cityfolkcraft.com to request that we apply your ticket to a similar event or workshop at another time. We do not provide reschedules for anything other than illness, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reschedule your ticket.
